Standard delivery takes around 1-6 business days. Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day if placed before 2:30pm AEST on business days. If placed after 2:30pm your order will be dispatched the next business day. This service can take longer to some rural areas. If you are not present to accept your delivery, a note will be left at the door letting you know where it can be collected.
We offer Standard and Express Delivery. You can select your option at checkout.

We do NOT offer Free Returns, unless you receive an item that is damaged or faulty. The customer covers return postage costs.
1. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged (All Sale items under $70 are NON-refundable). Item(s) must be in their original condition, undamaged and unwashed, in the original shoe box.
2. You are not able to return items for an exchange. If you would like to purchase a new item you must place a new order as all qualified returns are refunded automatically.
3. All returned items will be assessed.
4. You will be refunded the same amount you paid for the item.
5. We try and refund all returned items, but sometimes they may be in an unsuitable condition e.g. they are marked. If this is the case we won't be able to refund you, so we recommend trying your shoes on the carpet!
6. The items you return are your responsibility up until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they are packed securely to avoid any damage to them when they are on their way to us.
7. Your return can take up to 7 days to reach our warehouse and we will send you an email letting you know once we have received it and when your refund as been processed. If your item meets all of our return requirements it can take up to 10 days for your refund to be reflected in your account.
Sale items $70 and under are Non-Refundable. All other items quality for a return.
To create a return, simply email us at email@example.com and we will send you a Return Form. Once you fill that out completely, slip it into the shoe box with your shoes, package securely and send back to our return warehouse:

Yes, as long as you lodge a request before 2:30pm AEST. To cancel your order simple shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org before 2:30pm and we will process your refund immediately.
Yes. If you are a member, then simply log-in to your account and navigate to the ‘My Order’ section and you will have a link to track it. You will also receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email that we will send you once your order has been dispatched.
If your tracking number does not work it may have just been incorrectly added on our end. Shoot us an email and we will sort it out. Please note: The tracking number will take a couple of hours to be registered into our couriers system when it has been dispatched.
Once you place an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. Make sure you check your SPAM folder and add us to your contacts while you're at it!
